Usually dispatched within 2-5 days although this may be longer at busy times.

The delivery charge for orders of 1 to 4 mugs is a flat rate of £4.25 per order. Delivery for orders for 4 or more mugs will be charged at £5.50 per order.

Although the mugs are dishwasher proof we recommend that they are hand washed as images may fade over time with repeated dishwasher use.

We can only accept returns in the following circumstances:

• An item is received faulty or damaged
• An item is supplied incorrectly to order (wrong size, colour, style etc)

Sadly we cannot accept exchanges for style or size.
